saye yang hitam maken hitam. oh yes. oz rocks, but i love malaysia much2 more. cant wait to go home. i know im gonna miss oz sooo so much when im in msia, i know i'll be wanting to be in oz again sooo bad, but really, am missing home at the highest degree rite now. here i am with the "i know-but" sentence again. hmm but looking on the bright sight, living far from home teaches me a lot. i have to berdikari, bersabar, berusaha, bersabar, berjimat, bersabar, berfikiran matang, bersabar, bersabar, bersabar, bersabar, just to name a few. macam sekarang, tak sabar nak balik!!! tapi kena bersabar jugak. hmmph. i was ok in the first couple of semesters. i did miss home, but i wasnt that homesick, not to this extent. i guess doing nothing for 3 months and at the same time being homeless have made me gone slightly cuckoo. very cuckoo perhaps. i need to get myself busy. cant wait to go home!

I know I only have to state 5.
And I know these are not mine.
But, hehehe pardon me. I'm a bit instruction-challenged.
So, here they are. 10 things I hate about you ;p
I hate the way you talk to me
And the way you cut your hair
I hate it when you stare
And the way you read my mind
I hate the way you're always right
I hate it when you lie
I hate it when you make me laugh
Even worse when you make me cry
I hate the way you're not around
And the fact that you didn't call
But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you
Not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all.

Sayang
anyway, one of the many offensive things she (if it really is a she and a muslim) mentions in her blog is about our beloved prophet Muhammad. just thought maybe i could share something i found interesting a few sisters told me before. but, let me quote what adibah ahmed said prior to that:
"As muslims we always knew the prophet married Ayesha(ra) when she was only 6. Yet we turned blind eye to it, never admitted it was pedophilia (an abnormal condition in which an adult has a sexual desire for children)".
ok, lets get this straight. first, you clearly have a problem. big time!
second, im not the best person to talk about this, but just want to share. if i put anything wrongly, please please correct me.
so, here goes. as what all of us have been told, be it by words of mouth or printed materials -before Islam bloomed, the prevalent social practices among the arabs were to worship idols, bury their daughters alive, fight among tribes, etc, etc. so the unbelievers despised our prophet coz they refused to give up all those jahil things just for ONE GOD (started when the messenger called for syahadah on bukit safa). he (nabi saw) denied to comform to their societal norms, turning down all offers of power and women from the arabs.
and, history doesnt tell us that they were against the prophet coz he was married to an underaged girl, does it? no rite? so it implies that it was something normal and acceptable in their culture during that particular jahiliyah period. they called the prophet a poet, crazy man, wizard, etc. but rapist? no. only you, and people like you adibah ahmed allege him as a rapist and a pedophile. now are we muslims blind?
and as for us muslims, that includes me, i think it may be wise not to snap at these kinds of people back with vulgar words coz it wont change anything and it doesnt prove our love for the prophet. those would just be an extra point for them to question and argue what Islam teaches us. action speaks louder than words honeys.
instead, maybe we (especially me) should start living up to the sunnah. (wake up call for me! dush dush!) at the least, we should try to contribute something for the ummah. Allah promises that Islam will prevail eventually, it's our choice whether to help Islam to achieve that or not. that's a reminder for me as well coz i know i myself have a lot to reflect back. A LOT. L-O-T. like DOUBLE LOT!
"sampaikanlah pesananku walaupun satu ayat" (sabda nabi saw)
p/s dont pass your blind judgement on Islam. if we really are terrorists, i wonder if hitler was a muslim? and oh, the ethnic cleansing in palestine, that's totally done by muslims, not zionists? too funny i forgot to laugh.

musim perkahwinankah sekarang?
being 21, and being with people around that age (and reading others’ blogs), it makes me realise one thing:
marriage is somewhat a hot topic.
cant believe im a young adult now.
erik erikson sure did his job well. we really fit in your theory of intimacy vs isolation psychosocial stage.
ladies, welcome to adulthood.
